Mrs Rita Butler, friend of the Sisters of Mercy Newcastle under Lyme and Coolock went to San Diego to visit her daughter and attended Saint Bridgid Parish during the month of April, May and June.
Mrs Butler returned to Newcastle last week and was excited to show the sisters photographs of her visit. One photograph was of particular interest it was of a brick from the Church wall.
